Customer Reviews
Skyline Mobile Home Park has made remarkable strides over the past year! I've noticed fantastic improvements to the grounds, with plenty of new mobile homes being added and fewer RVs. The park is always well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment. Plus, I’ve never had any trouble reaching management—they're always responsive and helpful. If you're looking for a great place to live, Skyline is definitely worth considering!
I wouldn't live here all the stuff on here about new management and there doing a good job is a lie . They won't let you work on your vechiles here . That's what they say to you but then if you work on your vechile they will fine you . Basically if your hood is up your getting fined for it. Unfortunately, if you are in need of public transportation, the closest bus stop is a few miles away at N.E. 4th and Martin Luther King Blvd. Most of the residents are friendly but keep to themselves. The park is usually quiet with only occasional noise from the highway. The property changed ownership a couple of years ago. The park is managed by Red River Property Management. Their communication with residents is gradually getting better. You can contact them by phone or text. There is not a full-time manager on site. Rent is paid online. Each resident is responsible for maintaining their lot, which i
