Positive: This is one of the cleanest Motels i have ever stayed at. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Negative: Maybe they can improve the Morning Breakfast.

The room was clean and ready upon arrival. The beds were comfortable and we slept well here. The atmosphere was quiet and no disruptions while we were here. I would consider staying here again if in the area. Only about 10-15 mins from downtown Lake Geneva!

Had to cancel travel plans last minute due to work. No one would answer the phone, and the voicemail box was full. By the time my booking agent reached them, it was within the 72-hour no-refund window, so they refused to cancel, charging me for a full week stay. I ultimately used credit card cancellation insurance for a refund, but while requesting documentation, staff were hostile assuming I was trying to submit a chargeback. Thanks for a unique experience.

Trashy location for sure. Walked in to a bucket of cigarettes by the front door. A random man who looked disheveled and was barefoot sitting on a lounge chair at the entrance. The whole place smelled stale. Checked in and walked right back out after seeing the room.

We were on the go since 9 a.m. and when I saw the Sky Lodge Inn I was happy to find a vacancy. The couple were very nice and polite. We had a wonderful stay and had a jacuzzi in the room it was perfect. Unfortunately our stay was short. Will definitely come back again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
