Delavan Inn And Suites

Very nice gentleman at check in. Loves the smell of the room. Nice clean spacious, well taken care of. Stays here two days,3 night felt very safe and comfy. Only 7 miles from Derien WI.

Positive: Location, close to my destination. Many varieties of restaurants within minutes for dining options. Quiet area. Good mattresses. Recently renovated (badly) Negative: 1 Not enough pillows in rooms2 No pillows available at the desk3 Breakfast options were poor4. Filthy carpet in room5. Bathroom tissue on back of commode (in several rooms)6. Shower never got Hot7. Friends room had mold & water on floor below us.

Positive: Nothing Negative: I am trying to get a refund. Room reeked of mold. Had floor flood in middle of night , slipped and fell. Lamps didn't work. No toilet paper. No extra pillows available. Furniture was rotted out by water. Etc. Etc.

Stains in the bathroom, don’t wanna say it’s poop but… pillow had a stain and front desk just gave us a new cover. beds were also gross, hair and crumbs. lamp had stains possibly mold. fingernails and crumbs throughout

Positives first. Remodeled bathroom, toilet, flooring is very nice. The mirror, sink all new and excellent. Beds are very comfortable. Why 3 then? Negatives are carpet is horrible. Stayed 2 nights with 3 people, only 2 towels. Did not vacumed or make beds for day 2. Did not empty trash for day 2. Bedding very old outdated. I will say having newer bathroom is more important than carpet as I am sure they are remodeling in stages. Because of that I would stay again. The continental breakfast was good. 3 seems fair, could move up if recarpet. Could move down if gets worse.
