Evergreen Motel

The owners live on site and operate the motel themselves .. They have been more than awesome and very personable..Both wife and husband made me feel more than just a customer.

This motel looks extremely runned down on the inside and unsanitary. Although i wasnt staying here i visited because a family member is staying there. When he walked into the room he saw a used condom laying on the floor!! How's that for housekeeping skills of this motel?? The bathroom was so disgusting that I didn't sit on the toilet, I used toilet paper to flush, and I used my own hand sanitizer to wash my hands. Yes, that gross. If you're paying to stay away from home then you might want to avoid this motel, that's giving you the brutal facts unfortunately.

I stayed in room #1 and the wax ring on the toilet leaked after flushing it. The motel is in need of repair and a fresh coat of paint would not hurt.

Decent price, but rooms not real nice & cleanliness upon arrival MAYBE 6 outta 10. However owners & other guests are friendly & it's very close to anything you'd need in Delavan.

Owners very kind n understanding! Rooms are kind of old but reasonable n close to downtown! Great place!
