Singing Springs Resort

My wife and I like to travel to out of the way places that you have "intend" to go to to find. Both of us are lifelong Oregonians, but had never spent any time along the Rogue River or Gold Beach. After watching a YouTube video by PBS called, Paradise At the Confluence, we decided to vist Agness. We booked one of the detached cabins at Singing Springs for 3 days and two nights. We stayed in mid-May so other than two other lodgers, we had the entire place to ourselves. We can't say enough about the friendliness and hospitality of the owner/hostess, Teri. She was a wealth of local history and information, and an awesome cook besides. Teri cooked us a wonderful dinner, and provides a large buffet style breakfast every morning, which energised our hikes. The cabin was rustic as we expecte

This was our last stop (3rd night stay) for our 4 day Drift Boat Fishing Trip on the Rogue River. The owner goes the extra distance and tries to make sure that your stay is goes well. |We had a nice dinner and also the next morning a nice breakfast served buffet style at least for our group. Dinner we had Fried Chicken (that people really liked).There were 2 different salads, a nice fresh pot of Split Pea Soup and plenty of other choices. Reminded me of a home cooked meal. |The rooms had electricity and each room had its own bathroom. The room also had Satellite TV and of course electricity. There is WiFi and if you have AT&T you will get phone service.

We spent a long weekend at Singing Springs Resort, and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It was secluded and quiet, which is what we had hoped for. The vintage cabin we were in had a beautiful view through the canopy of trees of the Rogue River. We spent quite a bit of time out on the back deck listening to the birds and the river below us. ||On Sunday evening, Teri, the owner, hosted a dinner and movie night. The Italian meal was more than delicious, and the movie was enjoyable. It was such a fun evening. The deck outside the restaurant is under an amazing canopy of huge trees, providing shade as well as a beautiful seating area. Teri also serves breakfast on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. It is delicious with several buffet options. We met several of the local folks while eating break

We decided on a last minute getaway to escape the California heat. Jerry’s Jet Boats offer an overnight stay at a few of the lodges so I luckily chose Singing Springs Lodge. ||This place is a hidden gem in the woods overlooking the Rogue River with an amazing host. Terrie stayed late to welcome us offering to cook dinner if we were hungry. I was told the property was rustic when I booked and was somewhat apprehensive but to our delight it was perfect. We spent the evening sitting out back enjoying the view of the river and the quiet tranquility of nature was refreshing. |The property was very clean and well kept. The room was beyond clean and definitely rustic (not a bad thing) there was a kitchenette completely stocked with utensils, but the cool thing was the dual sink/stove I had never

This place is so special. We arrived after a long drive from Portland and were just blown away by the beauty of the place. We had a late lunch on the patio overlooking the Rogue River and really fell in love with Singing Springs Resort. The food was amazing- excellent salad bar and bbq and such a lovely setting. We were in cabin #7 right on the river and it was adorable. Terri and the staff were so helpful- they allowed us to charge our electric vehicle overnight which was a big help. And our dogs had a great time playing in the river and relaxing on the patio. We can't wait to come back!
