Silversmith Hotel Chicago Downtown

I had an amazing six-night stay here! The location couldn’t have been better — it’s within walking distance to incredible attractions like Cloud Gate, the Art Institute of Chicago, and the Magnificent Mile. A very special thank you to Beverly at the front desk for her warm greetings every day and for going above and beyond to patiently assist us with all of our questions. Her kindness truly made our stay even more memorable. If ever head to Chicago, will big absolutely choose it again. Incredible value, fantastic location, and outstanding service — highly recommended!

I stayed here for 5 nights for business, my company booked a room block and we had a breakfast voucher included which was LOVELY. All of the staff members were absolutely incredible, handling any and all of my needs with urgency and ease. They had recommendations of things to do during my off hours and created me every time I was in the lobby. My room was clean and spacious and I always had fresh towels ready for me. I will definitely be staying here again and would recommend for both business and pleasure!

During my stay it was very quiet, I very much appreciated that. A coffee maker in the room would have been smashing. I have to say though the coffee in the lobby was shockingly good. I did not expect that at all, really good coffee. I also enjoyed the breakfast allthough the TVs at the tables were somewhat irritating. I liked the hotel a lot and the staff I met was always nice and friendly or professional. The location is great with the Millennial Park just around the corner.

Rooms are large,and it is nicely located lose to Michigan Avenue and the Bean. But , there is some fees you may be surprised with, just prepa. Also, if you purchase breakfast with your reservation, be prepared to still pay some in addition because the breakfast is only a limited credit purchased with your reservation and if you exceed in ordering higher than that amount ( which you will easily) . We parked at a garage near by with 5 minutes walk. Cost of parking was a quarter of one night room cost.

Positive: the lady in the MOrning was Great the Staff at Night where a Lil too cold for my liking Iget youwant to be a Bit standoffish but all in all was not a Bad Birthdaystay. Negative: the Staff could be Greatting Guest a Bit more openly...
