It's ok.as a owner I feel it never finished the development and it's boring and always full

Nice weather 70's, 80's in early October. Nice rooms. Beach directly across street. Could use some upgrades including elevators for elderly/disabled, swimming pool, and weight room. Close to everything- good location. Grounds well kept.

Although this place is not on the beach, it's quiet serene relaxing they have everything you could ever want and more. There's a jacuzzi tub with balconies there's fireplaces and it's a quarter of the cost of renting a house on the beach although you're not on the beach. You're close enough for a little walk

Everyone should know that Silverleaf Resorts is now Holiday Inn Club Vacations. It has Standard, Presidential and Ambassador condos on the bay side (old Silverleaf) and Signature level condos on the Gulf side. Condos are spacious. A limited number of activities are present making it a good location for family time. Plentiful grills are sprinkled around the buildings i. Geeen spaces. Views on both sides are good.

Love this place. Me and my family enjoy the opportunity to make lasting memories each and every year.
