Silver Legacy Reno - A Caesars Rewards Destination

I very much enjoyed my stay at Silver Legacy. Rooms were clean and modern, no issues. Check in was easy and staff helpful. We stayed a week and I drank all the coffee the first day, but have no fear if you want more coffee and want to avoid the fee for more kerig coffee cups. My suggestion is to buy a large coffee at the coffee shop right in the lobby and then keep the cup for .89 cent refills the rest of your stay. I didnt find the Silver Legacy all that expensive in relative terms. Its cheaper than Vegas and cheaper than San Diego I can assure you. Reno was very clean and I didnt see the extensive tents of homeless you see in California. Plenty of dinning choices inside the 3 casinos that are all linked together, which also means the gambling ticket in ticket out slips will work througho

We stayed at the Silver Legacy Reno from December 19 through December 21 to celebrate our anniversary. While the room itself was fine, it did not feel worth the price we paid for an upgraded suite.||The hotel was extremely crowded with teenagers and children due to what appeared to be a large wrestling tournament. While events happen, the property did not seem prepared to handle the volume of guests or manage the overall environment, which had a noticeable impact on our stay.||At check-in, we were asked if we wanted housekeeping service during our stay, and we requested service for the morning of our second day. Negative: Yes the hidden fees and extra long withheld deposit really sours the overall experience and I always say I'll never stay again only because of the hidden fees that are very expensive and it takes seconds to take my deposit put a solid week to return it🫠

We’ve been coming to Silver Legacy in Reno since 2009, which is why this past weekend was especially disappointing. Right from the start, we were given the wrong room, even though we had booked something specific in advance and requested a room close to the elevators for convenience. After traveling, the last thing anyone wants to do is head back to the front desk to fix a mistake that shouldn’t have happened. Once we got to the room, things didn’t improve. The shower took over 20 minutes to get hot water. That’s not a minor inconvenience—that’s a basic function of a hotel room that simply didn’t work. The property itself also felt poorly maintained. El Jefe’s was the perfect kickoff to a fun night out. The bartender was genuinely fantastic and (bless her) made an actual Moscow mule with fresh mint. Crisp, balanced, and not the sad ginger-beer-afterthought version you usually get. Service all around was warm and on point, and the music set a great mood. We also grabbed a quesadilla from Café Central that took almost an hour… but somehow ended up being the best $25 quesadilla we’ve ever had. Worth the wait, worth the laugh, worth the night. Great drinks, great vibes, and an unexpectedly excellent late-night food win. Would happily do it all again.
