This place stinks figuratively and literally...smells of cigarette smoke and weed.|Lamp shade was broke...no heat, and shower curtain rod fell on my foot while in the shower...i alerted the desk person about it, and he actually chuckled when i told him what happened... I gave him my complaint and management still hasn't reached me yet that's 7 days ago. This place is horrible, worst hotel I've ever stayed in....dont waste your money on this place....

Positive: Location Negative: The bathroom was disgusting and there was a fight right outside my sliding glass door at 430 in the morning. The only door is the sliding glass door. The curtains are dark but still sheer enough that I could see people standing outside at night.

My son had the chance to stay here and he truly enjoyed every moment. He was very impressed by the clean and welcoming atmosphere, as well as the high level of hospitality and professional work from the hotel team. Everything was well organized, and the staff made his stay comfortable and memorable. Every weekend they make a nice fireworks , whose professional management and dedication reflect an inspiring example of successful businessmen. Highly recommended.

Nothing but great things to say !! This is our first time staying here and already cant wait to come back!!I I can not emphasize the superior customer service we recieved from all the staff. Ya Ya at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay for us. And the young man in housekeeping gave us100 plus percent as well. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious, the beds were super comfortable and plenty of TV channels to watch when sitting in! The pools were wonderful and a great bonus to relax in after a long day at the beach. We used the very nicely landscaped barbecue area every day we were there. Thank you Ships Inn for providing us with such a great stay and outstanding customer service,, I highly recommend staying here!

Customers was terrible rooms are not safe and discussing. Bathroom door could barely open, they heat the place with space heaters. Broken window and door handle. So dirty they over charged my card messed up my bank account on a holiday so I couldn't get another hotel and just traveled 3 hrs to get here with a sick spouse and a child. No wifi due to being to far from office
