Ocean Air Suites

This is a great place to stay if you’re in the area. The lady who manages the place is very friendly and responsive. The owner does an excellent job to keep it well maintained and upgraded. We stayed here for a couple of months and loved it. They have parking for all their residents, in their parking lot and across the street. There’s a laundromat at the end of the block so very walkable. The beaches and boardwalk are half a block. Dog friendly.

We loved our stay there! The staff was extremely friendly and quick to respond. They made us feel very welcome and addressed any needs we had promptly. The location is right down the road from the beach and was lovely for daily walks. There is also a great coffee shop just around the corner. The building is older and could use a few updates. But overall it has everything you need and is very comfortable.

We returned yesterday from a weekend getaway at Ocean Air. We were in the Penthouse, which is large & updated with a full kitchen. Our check in experience was great -- the communication via Text is a really nice touch. It is a 30 second walk to the beach, very doable to get all of your stuff down their fairly easily. Our kids really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing owners and staff. Pet friendly. Great location. Clean rooms/suites. Easy parking. Quiet and comforting. Best vacations I take is here at ocean air suites.

I’ve lived at the Ocean Air Suites for a little over a year (expat from Germany) with my little pup and I can highly recommend it. The property was just steps from the ocean, offering beautiful sunrises and access to local restaurants and shops (closed during winter season). Well-maintained apartments with everything you need, pet-friendly (!) and plenty of parking options. My landlord Kagen is very helpful and courteous and Debbie is a very pleasant, always helpful and kind property manager who also lives in the building. I absolutely loved it there, overall a great place to live for anyone who loves being near the ocean - I’d come back any time if I get the chance!
