Beds were very comfy. Owners were very nice and helpful. Rooms were new and clean. Smelled clean when you walked in. Very good shower pressure and temperature hot on demand. Was impressed would absolutely stay again! We moved here from the Ashworth and had a much better experience here.

This was our second time staying at ways motel and we returned from our previous experience. The owner is friendly always making sure we have everything we need and you can see him talking to everyone that sits outside. They seem to be constantly doing upgrades which is nice to see! Its at the end of the boardwalk which is quieter than most places and still convenient. Easy in and out when driving. We will keep coming back! Thank you for an amazing stay again!

I very much enjoyed out stay here, it was myself and my teen daughter. We loved that it was actually only a couple minutes walk to the beach and about a five minute walk to the beginning of the boardwalk! We thought it was much further away but we walked to the beach and boardwalk multiple times during our stay! The rooms are exactly as described, large room, small bathroom but it was all that we needed as we spend most of our time at the beach or the pool. The pool is fantastic! I loved it was on the roof, it was clean and had tables and sun chairs to lounge. The room came with a TV, AC, mini fridge, microwave and K cup coffee. Everything we needed! Went in the office season so was able to get a room cheap. If I had paid more for it, less that $200 for a room with two queen beds, then I'd give it a worse review. The room was OK. Shower was not good though. Had to do some repair to it myself to get it to work right. It's close enough to Portsmouth and Boston to do day trips from. It is close to the beach. Too cold to do anything more than walk on the beach. Not a bad off season grab. Don't know if it's worth it in the summer though
