North Beach Motel

Overall, a reasonably priced pet friendly motel room in a really nice location. The shower water pressure is great and the hot water is hot! The cooking situation is fair to moderate. The cook stove was broken when we were there so we had to rely on the microwave, which was not our plan but we made it work. Tyler was extremely helpful, and always responded in a timely matter to my questions. With just a little advance notice, we were able to check in early. The walls are truly paper thin, so bring your earplugs. And the tile floor gets pretty cold in the winter time so definitely pack slippers.That said, the room temp was comfortably warm despite the fact that the outside temperatures were in the teens. We would stay there again!

Great stay! Appreciated that it was pet friendly stay right at North Hampton Beach. I’m pretty sure all of the guests that stayed during our duration also all had pets. So, just beware if you don’t have pets, of all the barks that might come. Overall the sound barrier between rooms was great. Good price and great accommodations by the host. Would definitely book here again. Also appreciated their cancelation policy. We had to leave a day early back to Florida to avoid the storms on our road trip and the host was accommodating to our trip change. Thanks for the awesome stay!

We had a great, cozy stay for New Year’s. Enjoyed cold walks on the beach and fireworks at Hampton beach. Proximity to the ocean is perfect. The house was clean and the perfect size for me and my two teens. Tyler was a very communicative host. Thanks for a great stay and happy 2026 to all!

Starting with how clean the room was. Not a single hair or clump of dust anywhere in sight. The owner Tyler; he was very accommodating and responsive towards anything we needed. The rooms are perfect for 2 and even 3 between the queen bed and the pull out couch. There’s a small kitchen area with plenty of appliances to make it easy for quick prep or reheating left overs. Tyler was super generous with all the necessities(makeup wipes, ear plugs, paper towels, tp ext) We loved the location with the beach right across the street. Super clean beach. I stayed in one of the adorable rooms with my mom and we were perfectly comfortable for a few nights. We’ll definitely stay again after such a pleasant experience.

Tyler is the best host. The rooms were extremely clean and contained a lot of amenities that I wasn’t expecting that ended up being extremely helpful! It’s far enough away from the crazy traffic but close enough to the strip without all the crazy noise at the end of the night when you’re ready to go to sleep and I love the fact of the beach is directly outside your front door and you get to see all the dogs!!! One of the only pet friendly places that’s not only affordable but comfortable!
