Sheraton Suites Philadelphia Airport

I had a wonderful experience staying at Sheraton Philadelphia Airport Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, which made the start of my stay stress-free. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was, even though it’s so close to the airport. The bed was very comfortable, and I was able to get a great night’s sleep. The hotel amenities were also a plus, and everything was easy to access. Another thing I really liked was the convenience of the location. Being so close to the airport made traveling much easier, and the shuttle service was reliable and on time. Overall, my stay was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this ho

Pretty nice place. Had a bad experience at a neighboring hotel that cancelled our reservation and needed to find a place asap and Sheraton was able to squeeze us in last minute. Room was pretty nice as well and they had a nice bar/restaurant downstairs. Also the complimentary shuttle that goes to and from the airport is a nice touch.||The only complaints I had were that there were some stains on the couch, and the lobby plays loud music 24/7, so if you are sleeping on the pull out couch you can hear this. Also, the light switch for the bathroom is outside of the bathroom, so if you need to go in there in the middle of the night and people are on the couch, then you cannot turn the light on without disrupting them. Stayed here at either end of a U.S. trip. Should have remembered to cancel after night one. Air con in both rooms way too loud. Both times no shower gel in the room. Food is poor and overpriced. Staff are nice but stretched super thin. They layout has all the charm of a Soviet Style military barracks. Gym had hot air blowing in. The “lounge” is just a room with stale coffee, water and juice. Honestly Marriott, its a hotel near an airport…. Try a little bit to give the place some cheer. Update: can hear every bathroom visit and movement from neighbour above. Right up there with worst hotel ive stayed in.

They Are Two Hard Working Employees Who Really Make The Hotel Site Go Round. Their Knowledgeable, Helpful, Dedicated, Committed & Comforting To Staff Needs. They Are A Huge Asset To The Bonvoy Marriott/Sheraton Organization. They Should Be Recognized & Honored Heavily For Their Fantastic Work With Customer Service.
