This hotel does not live up to its 4-star rating or the price. The headboard was worn and looked dirty and cheap, which immediately made the room feel poorly maintained. The bed was clean, but the room overall felt outdated. There were no basic bathroom amenities (shower cap, cotton swabs, comb, etc.), and the bathroom drain was clogged and drained very slowly. The shower head was old and leaking, although the water pressure was decent. The buffet breakfast that costs extra (not included in the room price) was disappointing. The food was not kept hot. The options were very limited. It was less than what is offered at a 3-star hotel with no extra cost. Self-parking costs $10, and late checkout is $25 per hour. Even after I confirmed and paid for a 3 PM late checkout, housekeeping knocked

Stayed for the central location to bricktown while on business in OKC. The staff highlights the hotel and the beds were comfortable outside of that everything else was just average. Front desk staff was very accommodating, friendly and prompt to any and all requests during my stay. Had a king room on the 14th floor. The bathroom is just so teeny that the door is in the way of the sink shower and toilet. Kind of an odd room setup with the fridge in the closet as well. Rooms overall average but clean and comfortable. As a platinum guest had access to the lounge. Again staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offerings were nice, fresh although could have been hotter. The appetizer offerings were not the greatest at all. Also unlabeled dishes and sometimes no one was there so unsur

As a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member, I chose to stay at Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown Hotel (1 Broadway Avenue, Oklahoma City) during the Nation’s Best Sports Convention, expecting the comfort and professionalism associated with the Marriott brand. When I arrived at 11:42 AM, I was informed that standard check-in was at 3:00 PM. However, the gentleman at the front desk kindly offered to check me into a room that was already available — located next to the elevator. At that moment, I genuinely believed he was going out of his way to help me, and I appreciated what seemed like exceptional service. Unfortunately, that “courtesy” turned into two sleepless nights. Room #1118 is positioned so close to the elevator that I could hear every movement, every stop, every mechanical sound — all nigh

Positive: The restaurant has delicious food and is open quite late, the bed was very comfortable and all the staff members were polite. Negative: I was right beside the stairway entry so every time someone used it I was awoken with anxiety thinking someone was trying to come in my room. I could also hear my neighbors TV and yelling but that's not really the hotels fault.

Room was okay but we expected more from a 4-star hotel. For example, basic vanity kits would have been nice. Only two packs of makeup remover wipes were provided, nothing else. There wasn’t even a shower cap. We could only dream of finding bathrobes and slippers. The lack of an in-room safe, scratched headboards and a carpet that felt damp were minor issues. There was a major design flaw in the bathroom that deserves attention. For an accessible room, the bathtub setup simply does not work for a solo guest with a disability. It’s impossible to reach the faucet while seated on the fold-down bench unless one has an eight-foot arm, let alone reaching the handheld shower. This setup would require a second person to assist, which defeats the purpose of accessibility. Additionally, this Sher
