Sheraton Music City Nashville Airport

After a super long day at work, my friend and I came to the hotel and stopped by the club/lounge looking for a sweet treat before going upstairs. There wasn’t anything sweet on offer, as desserts are only available after 7:30pm. Then, chef Randy came out and said he could definitely help us with our sweet tooth. He offered several items, and went back and prepared really special and delicious dessert plates for both me and my friend. Chef Randy was so warm, welcoming, and kind. We truly appreciated his positive energy and his commitment to offer excellent customer service.

We stayed here for a conference, and it was pretty much perfect.|Pros:|1. Free ~5 minute shuttle ride from the airport|2. Great conference facilities, perfect A/V|3. Conference catering was better than average|4. Super friendly and knowledgeable hotel staff.|5. According to our organization, easy to work with.|6. Comfortable accomodations.||Cons:|1. Not a huge deal, but about 15-20 minutes from downtown. Not enough to remove a star.

Exceptional Stay at Sheraton Music City! I recently stayed at the Sheraton Music City Nashville Airport, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. The Highlight: Sam at the Front Desk I want to start by giving a special and heartfelt thank you to Sam at the front desk. Sam provided an extremely high class of customer service from the moment I arrived. His welcome was amazing—he was incredibly helpful, anticipating every need before I even had to ask and providing excellent recommendations. It was truly an outstanding check-in experience that set the tone for the whole trip. The Amenities The hotel itself is great. The rooms are incredibly spacious, which made the stay very comfortable. I've stayed at this property several times and always pleased with the service. The hotel is little dated but still very pleasant and location with shuttle to airport is very convenient. My first time using the member lounge and it's perfect. Chef Randy prepared the best evening food options I've had at any Marriott property in North America and Mert was a top rate host ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this lounge to members!

Positive: The large rooms with tall ceilings are a selling point for me. I have stayed there many times. Negative: No room service. It is go down and pick up and the food and is not as good as before and very limited. The breakfast buffet presents well with a great staff, but over all it is one that a star level 2 would offer.
