Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons

I had a fantastic experience at the Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons. The hotel is beautifully maintained, clean, and very welcoming from the moment you arrive. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and eager to help, which truly made the stay feel comfortable and stress-free.||The rooms were spacious, quiet, and well-appointed, with very comfortable beds that made it easy to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the convenient location—close to shopping, dining, and major roads—while still feeling peaceful and relaxing.||Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations with its excellent service, cleanliness, and comfort. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Greensboro.

We did not attend a conference however chose this location for lodging because of convience to restaurants, shopping and Biscuitville!! If you are staying here for lodging only may want to check if there is a large census for a conference. The staff was amazingly kind and helpful from the front desk, housekeeping and bellman. It was nice to have a bellman to help with luggage to the room and to return luggage cart. The room was comfortable and lovely. The common areas offer some interesting spaces for photographs as well. If management is reading this your staff is exceptional and recognize them. Check in 2/23 check out 2/24

We came here for a food conference at the coliseum nearby. This place is huge, with lots of conference rooms, restaurants and cocktail bar. We had drinks at the bar and breakfast. Every staff was friendly and gave great service. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is a coffee maker, but I did not like the flavor of the coffee, the restaurant had much better coffee. The room had a small fridge that was nice to have. We would stay here again.

The stay was terrible. I checked in the evening of 2/24 for a two-day stay. When I returned on 2/25 after my engagements, my room key was deactivated, and I learned there was no record of me ever checking in. After multiple conversations, I was finally able to retrieve my belongings from a room that was now scheduled to be occupied by another visitor. After I retrieved my belongings, I asked for a new room number, only to learn there were not any rooms available [mass conference], and I needed to find other accommodations - bear in mind, I booked my stay for two nights. I called my company's travel support line for assistance. Luckily, Sheraton miraculously found a room. Fast forward to checkout on 2/26 - I asked for a physical copy of my receipt, and I was only billed for one night. I exp
