Homewood Suites by Hilton Greensboro Wendover

Me, my husband and my 2 cats have been here for an extended stay. The front desk staff has been very nice and accommodating. They've made things very easy for us and always make us feel welcome and comfortable. The maintenance guy, Dan, handled our request very well and was super helpful and kind! The rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast every morning has been delicious! The pool and gym are a very nice touch, as well. I highly reccomend staying here.

This hotel is nice. We had a 2nd floor room. The room was spacious, clean without issue. The staff was friendly and the common areas were very clean and modern. They offer a full free breakfast which was good. They have glass plates/cups and silverware, which was an environmentally friendly choice along with making breakfast food and coffee more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

It seems like this hotel can really vary from stay to stay. When I visited last year, everything was fantastic. The room was more spacious, the beds were noticeably more comfortable, and the overall experience was wonderful. This time, however, the room felt smaller. We were told that all rooms were booked and had to wait, although the lobby and breakfast area didn’t appear particularly busy for a full house. Breakfast was also disappointing compared to my previous visit. Even the orange juice tasted odd. In addition, my kids mentioned that there was no hot water for their showers around 8:00 p.m., which was frustrating after a long day. We didn’t use the pool this time, but during my last stay it was warm and enjoyable. Despite this visit being less impressive, I would still consider

This may have been the worse Hilton stay I have ever had. For some reason there is 2 pieces of metal running from up under the bed in room 350. I gets up to use the latrine in the middle of the night and bust my leg open twice with one time it opens the skin on my leg. The disappointment is when you tell front desk nothing happens and it’s not even acknowledged, well they did give me some towels to wrap the iron up with. Then on top of that my room was not even given fresh towels and no I didn’t have the do not disturb sign up. This is a bad experience here, I advise that you try somewhere different. I never expect to be treated so bad. I went to the front desk twice about this issue.

I genuinely enjoyed this hotel. The room and the kitchenette were fantastic. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was impressed that this is a room hotel that allows animals. I saw a lot of happy pet owners! The breakfast is included and it was very good! I would certainly come back if I come to Greensboro again.
