Drury Inn & Suites Greensboro

Absolutely The Friendliest and Cleanest Hotel I have stayed in there! The entire hotel from lobby to rooms are kept immaculate! The kick back staff are kind and offer to help with simple things like getting you a tray or providing extra cups. The food was fantastic! My favorite is the meatballs with gravy. Checking in was so easy and so smooth! The front desk staff are also super ice and were helpful with finding local restaurants and things to do. 10/10 wish I could give them 100! Thank you for a gorgeous stay!

I will never 2nd guess a Drury Inn again. This was the best 5 day stay at a hotel I have ever been in 63 years with my family for a local wedding. I am a white female, grandma, auntie. We were in a predominately black busy area. The staff was over the top. If I did not know better, all were highly educated in hospitality service. I've stayed all over the US. They met you with a smile, figured out some problems with my reservation with a smile, there was breakfast with a smile and do you need help. And yes a light dinner with drinks, I said drinks. The cleanliness was awesome, rooms were great. There were a few vagrants in the area, but no other hotel had security that I saw. The hotel is as it looks in pictures, and located near lots of restaurants and shopping. It’s easy to get into and out of with a red light at the intersection. My room and all the common areas were clean, and I saw a security guard visible around the property at different times throughout the day and night which made me feel safe. But the best part is the staff - I’m horrible with names but the lady who checked me in on 2/24 and the gentleman working the breakfast buffet on 2/25 were both incredibly kind, helpful, friendly, and warm. I work as a consultant helping companies find problems affecting customer satisfaction, and if all of my clients had employees like the wonderful team here at Drury, I might not have a job because they’re excellent and I have no notes to improve. All we can say is wow! I don’t know why anyone would stay anywhere but at a Drury Inn. Our king size room was pristine, good air conditioning and heat control and being in the corner room helped keep any noise to a minimum. The bed was soft and comfortable with plenty of fluffy pillows. The shampoo and conditioner provided left my hair feeling soft and manageable. Did you know that Drury also offers breakfast with abundant choices AND nightly complementary Dinner and two adult beverages per person? Nightly! That’s every single day of your stay. Amazing. The hot tub was hot and bubbly perfect for relaxation and was not overly crowded so be prepared for optimal relaxation and a great nights rest. The pool was freezing lol but perfect for a polar plunge and great for your immune system if

Positive: Location...and the staff was very pleasant. Enjoyed the free meal options for guests. Loved the numerous amenities. Negative: The smell. Lack of air conditioning in the elevators, main lobby and halls. Horrible!! The floors were very nasty and unsightly. The carpeting hasn't been cleaned in months, if not years. Walls, walkways, furniture, common areas have not been cleaned.
