The room itself was clean and spacious! The frustration happens when I got locked out of my room 3 times because the key refused to work. I had to lug my one year old and 5 year old downstairs with me every time too. And I dealt with a different employee each time and not once did they apologize for the inconvenience, even when I told them it keeps happening. I still don’t know why it was happening. The second night we were there, there were several baseball teams there as well. The lobby was chaos and kids were running around the entire hotel. I actually found an open beer and Slurpee outside of my hotel room, which was gross, but not the hotel’s fault. The hotel itself isn’t really near too much walking distance, so you do have to drive. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I found it be as exceptional as the first time. I was in town for a doctor’s appointment which I mentioned to the lady who checked me in. She remembered that the next morning at checkout and told me that she hoped my appointment went well. So nice of her to remember! The lady working in the breakfast area was also very friendly and was doing a great job keeping things stocked and clean. The hotel room itself was in great shape and was very clean! It is nice to finds business with such great customer service. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others!

We’re currently staying here now. The rooms are super updated and very nice! We have a suite, so we have a kitchenette and living room area, which is great for a larger family. The rooms are clean and large. All of the staff we’ve spoken with have been lovely! I would highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay at this location the staff was GREAT .YOU HAVE A AWSOME TEAM.I HAD good conversation with Ms Paulette and her nails was beautiful. The lady tht do the breakfast kept the food full and was very sweet.Housekeeper was just everything and the room was nice and cleaned. I really enjoyed my days at your hotel.I will be back & parking was great. Happy Holidays..

Check in desk was helpful. Our TV was not working. Let her know, amd she switched our room quickly and apologized for any hassel. This location is easy to find as well. Nice room. Comfortable upon entry, nice in the winter for it not to be an ice cube!
