Shady Pines Mobile Home/RV Park

Do NOT rent from this woman! I contacted about a leak everytime it rained and mold all over one of the walls and they never did anything, my kids and I continued to get sick them come time to move out I paid more than what was due as I didn't have change and she never gave me my money back either . Tried to contact owners and complain about her and never heard back. Highly HIGHLY do not recommend renting from this woman she is very very immature and forced me out of the office claiming I scared her when I went in and calmly asked for my money she had stolen from me.

Very nice landlord they stay themselves. It's quite and o outsole stay to themselves every so often A crazy gets loose and shows up out there but that's going to be anywhere really. The trailers are older and could use a good bit of work in some of them but they aren't chargin an arm and a leg either

THE WORST EVER GREEDY PERVERTS TRIED EVICTED DURING A CAT 5 STORM NO OTHER PARK IN THE COUNTY CHARGED RENT DURING THAT TIME BUT HER AND ENFORCED IT LET ALONE PEEPING TOMS I CAUGHT THEM LOOKING IN MY WINDOWS AT ME AFTER SHOWER OR NOT CLOTHED I GUESS THAT WASNT ENUFF WALKED IN WHILE I WAS TAKING A SHOWER ONCE AND WAITED FOR ME TO GET OUT TO SUGGEST THAT NEXT WEEK MY RENT WAS DUE

Very nice quite neighborhood. We never have any trouble. We're allowed to fish in the pond and the landlord is wonderful. Prices aren't outta budget and they are nice little homes

We were here helping clean up for the hurricane and the people of the shady Pines Park was always nice to us
