Shady Oasis Campground

We’re very accommodating to our family in an emergency. Property is well kept and cute, a nice little oasis in this area. The residents were friendly, and it seems like a nice place to live long term. Nice and private, felt safe. 🩷 we didn’t see any cats on site like some other reviews said- not that we would have minded.

I honestly wish I could provide a half way decent review. Nice quick reception. Place is filled with dead trees, no appreciable grounds care in years, thick dirt and pine needles on site. Laundry smells of cat pee. Site smells of dog pee. Kept stepping in dog poo. The flies took over my RV. The final straw after three days was the tweeker fighting his shadow and the picnic table with a long metal object. He has been there for some time and looks like he will stay for a while longer. Now they wont return my deposit or any of the months rent for three nights stay.

Great place, we will definitely be coming back. Very clean n everyone was super accommodating to us.

It's nice or could be if they cleaned it up and did some remodeling/ upgrades!!! But nice & peaceful. If I managed it, it would look really nice and welcoming! I would also start some serious landscaping, so each space and the roads through it we're clearly separate, organized and cleaned up for sure! And people required to to follow all rules that keep it clean and nice looking and inviting!! Just some suggestions! Update it!!🙂

The place is next to the riverbed homeless encampment. The tweekers live in the park. The place has not had any cleaning or maintenance in years. The flies took over my RV.
