This is the year 2025 and "segregation" happens at this mobile home park. The mobile owners are not allowed to use the jacuzzi, the pool, the gym and the nice club house located on the east side of the office that area is reserved to the RV owners. The home owners are to use the pool with the kiddie pool (no jacuzzi) that is located south of the office. The gym equipment is of poor quality unlike the gym that is assigned to the rv owners. Cynthia the office clerk is very rude as well as the office manager. Bothbof them are so unfriendley and very unprofessional. The streets are covered with potholes. The gates don't work most of the time. This place is so badly kept. True trailer trash!
Great price RV park that families are welcome. This is a combo RV Park and mobile home park. The facilities are nice. Salt water pool. Hot tub. Workout facilities. Clubhouse for small gatherings. You can pay by the month, 3 months or a year. Full hookups. Service is pretty good. Just watch out for the office. They are definitely mobile home salesmen. There are 2 guys in there that will try to get you to pay for a year and stay forever or buy a mobile home. The price is pretty fair. Sites from $333/month up to $700+. If you stay for a month you will be required to pay for your own electricity. One thing about this place that is pretty unique is the size of the RV spots. They are huge. The RV spots appear to be where they have removed old mobile homes so the are pretty deep and wide. Overall
I have a like-dislike vibe when it comes to this place... I like the location. It's close to the highway, shopping, restaurants, and lots of fun things to do. I like the size of the RV and mobile home lots. I like that this is a gated community; however, it kind of doesn't matter because people will just sit there at the gate and wait until someone with a badge or code opens the gate and they follow in behind that person. There's no security at the gates to prevent unauthorized people from coming in. So the fact that it is gated is null and void, and not of benefit to anyone. Another downer about the gates is that they tend to not work randomly and often. Now, there is security there at night, but I have no clue what or where they are patrolling. There is a back road that I am close to
New manager is the worst. She is rude doesn’t even begin to describe her. Then there is Cindy. Horrible attitude. Always rude for no reason. She had always been rude but now with an equally rude manager to have her back she is off the rails. Got to the point where I only communicated with them via email so everything could be in writing. They lie when they tell you one thing then later on it’s something else. When you need something fixed they never communicate regardless how much you ask so random men show up at your door at random times. I’m so glad I never have to step foot in this place again or speak to those awful women ever again.
The maintenance man regularly waits as I’m using the restroom or showers and then watches and follows me out. When I’ve brought up feeling harassed by him the women running the front office told me that I should just go in the afternoon when he’s not there. While I love my neighbors and the community, it feels like the front office and their staff is only concerned about what’s convenient for them ~ not what’s convenient or safe for the residents.
