Seven Sebring Raceway Hotel

A truly wonderful experience||||I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming — not only to me, but also to my dog, Eva. Traveling with a pet isn’t always easy, but they made us feel completely comfortable and cared for.||||The team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always attentive, professional, and warm. Upon arrival the hotel looks nice and once you walk in, that's when the real treat happens. You are greeted with a ton of racecar memorabilia, info, and pictures on the wall, racecar rims in the lobby. This place was awesome. Instead of a hook for a coat hanger on the wall in your room it's a shifter! Bathrooms were nice and shower was nice. I booked the room for a Friday Saturday Sunday and was woken up on Saturday morning to the sound of turbo and naturally aspirated v8s and v10 supercars and prototype racecars practicing in lap battles. If you want to see the cars rip and have a blast watching the racing with your kids this is an amazing experience on any given weekend to see the cars race around turn 7 all day during practice Saturday and Sunday.

Although this is the Hotel's website...this review is for the dining. However one may have found themselves in this pocket of existence, this restaurant is phenomenal! IFYKYK. Sometimes it can be quite crowded and the service may take a few extra minutes. Yet, the staff, the attention to detail. VERY well worth the wait. I as one, for years as a guest, of both track and hotel, have noticed that somehow the newer employees either know you...or, maybe, they are just that superb? The entire menu, breakfast, lunch/dinner. I've eaten them all. The chef's will occasionally come out to greet, check-in...but there's no need. Their work is art. You taste buds won't lie. Cassie at check in was very helpful in finding our reservation and made checking in easy. Axel the cook is very good and fixed our meal to perfection. Those are two great employees. And no I am not a relative. See you next time.
