Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino

I stayed here for one night with my husband and kids while visiting Holiday Valley, and it was a great experience. The price was perfect, and having Tesla chargers on site was a huge plus. They have a small coffee area in the lobby in the morning, which was convenient. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a nice view. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. We ended up upgrading our complimentary room to an end suite with jacuzzi tub for a slight up charge. The room was amazing, clean and the tub was worth the charge! Any Buffet is skeptical at first but we have ZERO complaints for this buffet. The food was fresh and so many choices at a reasonable price as well. Delicious. Great stay!! And will be back.

My wife and I had a great stay at this property. We decided to go on trip to western NY on short notice, but the properties in Ellicotville were either booked up or very expensive. The Seneca Allegany Resort and Casino had much more affordable rooms that were very nice and had a spectacular view. It's a very easy, scenic drive from the resort to Ellicotville, so it's definitely a convenient place to stay if you're going skiing. My only small complaint is that, like others have mentioned, there was a faint cigarette smell in the room when we first checked in, but it went away pretty quickly so it didn't end up being a big deal. First time coming here for a mid-winter get-away. The room was very clean, lots of hot water, great comfy beds. Bring your laptop as there is only basic cable and PPV movies for $25 and music channels for $20 for 24 hrs. No way to stream at all. One restaurant was closed for renovation so left us with very expensive steakhouse, or Italian/grill with small menu. No vending machines anywhere, 2 cups of coffee in room and $2 bottles of water. If you don't gamble, there's not much else to do. We gambled a little but, but we just don't find it entertaining.Some live music in bar both evenings, but we're sober. No mocktails that I could see. The town of Salamanca is very lacking in amenities. Just a couple fast food option left us hungry sometimes, especially breakfast. All the staff we interact

2/15-2/17 (Rm. 823) Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service and was not accommodated at all. This 2 day getaway was supposed to be romantic for Valentine's Day weekend as well as our 8 year anniversary. 1st of all, we were looking forward to the access of the hot tub for weeks! Upon checking in and asking about the hot tub, we were then informed that is was closed for repairs. (Second × this has happened during a visit to the hotel.) The next morning, we were looking forward to enjoying breakfast at the cafe only to learn that the cafe was also not available due to remodeling. The buffet is only available certain days and times now as well and was also not an option for us during our stay. Morning of checkout comes!
