Allegany State Park - Redhouse Loop Campground

I usually go for camping but since I went for the first time now I go for biking. Great trails for walking also. I love this time of the season when everything is quiet.

As far as state parks in New York go this is one of the better ones in my opinion. There’s a couple lakes to boat on or fish and kinzua reservoir is really close. They have great fishing there. There are a bunch of cannabis shops close by as well if you wanna get high and camp like a normal camping type person. Cheap gas and cigarettes on the Rez too! So sit back smoke a bowl chase it with a smoke and pop the top on a coors light and get camping! Cost ya $7 to get in and there’s plenty of places to hike in the park if you just staying for the day or being cool and camping.

Nice state park campground. Various sized sites with trees in between, some sites more private than others. Did not use the bath house. Check in at the administration building was quick and easy and the employee was pleasant. Stayed for 1 night while passing through. 2 bars of AT&T and T-Mobile service in E-loop.

Very nice state park campground! Our spot was on the creek, which was nice.

Park is nice to visit but the campgrounds are not great. No water anywhere, no restrooms, sites are not level. 30' max rig. And cost nearly $50 to overnight. Won't be back to stay.
