Hotel Westgate Salamanca

We had a very nice room with a very comfortable queen size bed. The linens were super comfy and the towels were fluffy and fresh! Best of all, the staff mailed my purse to me the SAME day I left it behind!!! Thanks again, folks. We'll be back.

We were going to a party at Seneca Casino but didn't reserve a room in time there and it was sold out. I looked online in the area for close hotels and saw this one (you must call to book). It was actually only 2-3 minutes down the road from Seneca so I reserved it. My husband and I were really pleased with this hotel. It was very cute and clean and the layout of the room was different and kinda cool. It seems like it has been updated recently. There was a coffee maker, fridge, microwave, and sink in a little wetbar area which was nice. It's a small boutique hotel with only about 20 rooms I think so I'm not sure it there was a gym or pool, but it's a very cute place to stay for a night. This was our first time staying here. It's a smaller hotel but extremely nice. Gerri checked us in and she was such a joy. The room was very spacious, comfortable bec. Safe, fridge, microwave and sink in the room. Very clean. Nice breakfast selection. Definitely will stay there again. Does not have a pool, but don't charge all the extra amenities fees.

Checking in was fast and easy and staff friendly. All rooms are non-smoking - very good. Our room was a queen. the room was a good size, but the bed was jammed into an alcove such that you couldn't get to the right hand side of the bed and I had to crawl up the bed. We had to ask for extra soap, it the piece provided was so small and thin, after one shower now too much was left of it. Self-serve continental breakfast was ok. Scrambled eggs and meat patty provided on week-ends. A mini-kitchen in the room, including a microwave and fridge, there were no dishes or cutlery provided. Reasonable value. Despite my nit-picking - we would stay there again.

This hotel was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. The free coffee was delicious. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. If you like to gamble it's right next to the poker room and just down the street from the casino. There are many places to eat within walking distance also.
