Quaker Lake Beach House

Nice beach great view and a nice snack bar and ice cream stand.

Within Alleghany State Park. Beautiful views. Newer playground, and up to date bath house with family showers.

Recently renovated. I mean, it's a bath shower and changing room. I believe they serve some food during the season, but I was just walking the new beautiful bird walking trail along the lake that leads to the beach

The remodeled bathhouse is really nice. The playground is cute. They've made this a great space. The restaurant isn't much to get excited about. They only had hotdogs and prepacked ice-cream novelty treats when were there.

Great summertime relaxing area. The water at Quaker lake is clean and the surrounding vistas are breathtaking. There are lifeguards on duty and it is a safe family atmosphere. There is ample parking and just a short walk to the beach. There is also a concession stand that serves fast food style meals as well as ice cream. The facility also has a changing area with showers as well as restrooms. Also nice for kayaking and fishing.
