Sedona Springs Resort, a VRI resort

Stayed for a capital vacations talk. We stayed in a studio room which was nice but a tad small. Resort staff was very nice and the resort was quiet in the month of January. Our room was on other side of parking lot so had to cut through the middle with our suitcases but made the resort feel more private this way. Shower pressure kinda sucked and the hot tub we used we could feel pieces of rock all at the bottom. The location was great, close to everything and anything!

This was an amazing resort! Even though it was winter time we enjoyed the hot tubs and the location was close enough to walk to shops and even some hikes! The staff were super friendly and the accommodation was great. We fit 9 people and were relatively comfortable. Spent most of the time going into Sedona and hiking. But one night we joined the star gazing event which was also amazing

It was a very nice place to stay. We had a large 1 bd. It could sleep probably 5-6. They had 3 hot tubs throughout the property and a swimming pool. No breakfast. There’s a kitchen to cook stuff in. They have a regular coffee pot for coffee and a tea kettle for those who want tea. We enjoyed our stay.

Worst vacation of our lives. It took 45 minutes to get into our room. 20 minutes to get our key; 15 minutes to get our parking pass; and 10 minutes to get into our room. While trying to get our parking pass, Robert tried to get us to go to a presentation, but would not tell us what it was about and what to expect. Then, as we walked out of the building, he told us to lie about our income. When we tried to get into our room, the card did not work. The person who checked us in forgot to register the card. I think. When I asked Selena what happened, she told me not to worry about it. When we asked for an ice bucket, Selena seemed put out. Our suite was small, but nice. The walls are thin. Woke up several times due to the guests above us . We can hear them walking in their room

Honestly this place is awesome! It has so many pools and hot tubs! Also a gym and game room. The service is awesome! I had only booked for one day with my family in a bedroom suite but when we got inside our room we were taken aback on how beautiful the room was and wanted to stay another day. I accidentally booked for a studio suite instead of a bedroom and down sized our room. I was very stressed because we wanted to stay in our room. The nice lady in the front kept calling our room to help us out to see what she could do to keep us in the room. The next morning, Thank god for Ken and Martin, they were able to fix the mistake and kept us in our room! Best service ever! I will 1000% come here every time we go to Sedona! It’s literally 5 minutes from every store and restaurant you need! Li
