Sebring Budget Inn

Recently stayed 3 nights for a Spartan Race in the area. Room was small, but clean & reasonably priced. The room was serviced daily. I enjoyed my stay. Would be a little small for more than 1 person. Road was a little loud during the day, but quieted down at night. perfect for my needs. Very pleasant & helpful staff.

Location along with a professional staff makes this an affordable and relaxing stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for close shops, grocery and fast food. The customer service is exceptional from the general manager, front desk and housekeeping. Thier professionalism and attention to detail has been greatly appreciated.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room did not feel clean at all, and the showers were in poor condition. It was clear that maintenance has not been a priority. The shower pressure was so harsh it felt like standing under a pressure washer, making it very uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the overall environment did not feel safe. There were people outside yelling, smoking, and behaving erratically, which made it difficult to relax. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

There is nobody on site. There is a kiosk with a video call guy. When assigned a room, the room I was given had trash in it and a slept-in bed. I requested a new room. All night there was a large Penske Box truck outside that kept starting and idling its diesel engine. I’ve stayed in better hotels for $60. $120 for the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The location couldn't be more convenient—it's right across the street from Bealls Outlet, a barbershop, the Dollar Store, and Publix. Basically, everything you might need during your stay is just steps away, which really added to the overall comfort and convenience. Mary, the front desk manager, was incredibly helpful and professional. Even the kiosk check-in system was smooth and the virtual assistants on screen were polite and accommodating. It made checking in and out quick and hassle-free. The room itself was clean, the A/C was ice cold (a must in Florida!), and every service staff member I interacted with was friendly and courteous.
