We enjoyed our stay at this house! Plenty of room and seating areas. Great location and the weather was wonderful for January!

This is an older house that has been carved up to provide more rooms and bathrooms. Having Saud that, the layout is very odd. The heating in the core of the house is provided by a furnace. Other areas are baseboard heat or free standing. There are many, I mean many, maintainence issues. Such as no working heat in some rooms and unsafe electrical concerns. Many kitchen cabinet doors need adjusting to close correctly. There are several trip hazards. This is not a handicap accessible location. Rooms are upstairs or downstairs. There is a dishwasher, but it does a poor job. There is a washer and dryer, where the dryer under performs. The e haust may need to be cleaned. Several sink aerators need to be cleaned or replaced. There needs to be a week of general maintenance performed for this e

Let's start with the pros. All things in life have pros. This is a very spacious place, and great location! Cons... Oh my where do I start? The house itself has a very musty/moldy smell. If your tall, beware this house will assist you in bumping your head, windows don't open very well, if at all. The living room furniture is in bad shape. The chairs that rock are cool, until you see all the stains and smells. Then you go to the couches, first you will realize that there is a very large hole behind you and then and then... Lol it smells and feels so raunchy. The smell of urine is strong. There is a fun house mirror located in the main level bathroom and is difficult to turn, move, or sit. Then the beds were not only very very uncomfortable but the bedding was wet. There were holes in the sh
