Rivertide Suites Hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool and hot tub. Pool is 3 to 5 feet deep. We had a 1 bedroom suite. The full kitchen was nice, not stocked with everything you might need but had all the basics. Nice view of the river, comfortable living room and small balcony.

We stayed in the accessible 2 BR unit and it was so nice! We're used to the Worldmark so it was smaller compared to that but with all the amenities (including breakfast) and is pet friendly. What really sets them apart is their staff. Shout out to Tyler, the night front desk guy who went above and beyond to help me find a bracelet I lost in the pool area. And Kendra, who offered us late check out, and Michael Soprano in the bar...the floors were non-carpet so our daughter's wheelchair could get around easily and they even had a fun treasure hunt activity in the lobby. The little gift shop has a nice variety and the location is close to everything. You won't regret staying in this affordable resort!

From reserving a suite to checking out, our experience was fantastic. The Staff was exceptional, friendly, courteous & helpful. The front desk staff was the best, especially Carol. She was a hoot. The suite was spacious, clean and had a great view. The beds were comfortable and clean. Loved the fireplace & balcony. This is now our go to place when staying in the area Thank you for a great experience.

Positive: Staff and location. We had a great trip. Negative: Tried to get an early check in. I had called in advance. They did their best to accommodate us but I had to attend a conference and a 4pm check in was pretty late.

We stayed at Rivertide Suites in Seaside and had a great experience! The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and awesome our whole stay—we were welcomed by the sweetest lady. We also loved the big selection of games you can borrow from the front desk. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful balcony view. The whole hotel smelled clean and never felt dirty, and we didn’t hear any noise from the hallways or other rooms. The updated bathroom, nice towels, cozy fireplace, and full kitchen (we even cooked a pizza!) were great perks. Our boys loved the warm pool, and the hot tub was actually hot. Breakfast was pretty mid, but everything else made up for it. Amazing value for the price. Highly recommend! We will be back!!!
