The hotel is under construction. Of course, the website warns you. This message was not on when I booked. Bailey-front desk clerk was fantastic. She is excellent at her job. She really cares about her customers. Room was okay but not for the price. Bath tub was chipped up and uneven on the bottom of the tub. Tub was ozzing stuff from the chips. Floor was uneven too. Nothing really fancy. Had a hard time seeing beach due to balcony. Had loud neighbors besides construction

Arrived happy, enjoyed our stay but left sad! The location was great, we had a balcony and a kitchenette. The room was large and comfy but not the clean. Dust, hair and trash found behind bed and in every crevasse. The staff member (don’t remember the name) when we arrived was friendly and thorough. We were aware of the construction so it was noisy during the day and of course dusty and smelly, to be expected. Unfortunately while leaving we noticed my car was covered in some sort of textured chemical residue from the construction. I’ve been in contact with the hotel in every way I possibly can (in person, multiple phone calls, multiple emails) I’ve been told multiple times they’ve taken down my info and have shared my concerns with the “higher ups” and the construction crew but there has

Positive: We were able to get checked in early for no extra charge, I liked the layout iOf the room. The location is nice however it would have been better if MO’s roof wasn’t part of our beach view Negative: The hotel is under construction with no finish date. I didn’t know this until after booking. It clearly is very neglected and in need of maintenance. The pool and hot tub were cloudy. The room NEEDS AC. We just wanted to give a huge “Thank You” to the front desk staff lady on Tuesday February 17th after 3pm. We tried to call the hotel to make sure it was open and ended up getting connected to some booking company. They did not put us in an ocean front room that we had asked for several times on the phone. We checked in and that company booked us in the worst room for more money. We were going to leave n go somewhere else. We called down to the front desk n asked if they had any open n without any hesitation she looked and found one. She listened to us and made our stay better. We come to Seaside yearly and last year was our 1st experience in this hotel n loved it. We will be coming back to this hotel from this point forward. Thank you soo much for hiring caring people

Stayed in this hotel for a cheer event this weekend with my 7 year old daughter and when I lifted up the bathroom towel a bunch of used bloody syringes fell to the ground ! Some had no caps on them . So disgusting and dangerous .so lucky my daughter didn’t get poked by a needle . Does anyone even clean the rooms ?! I spent $319 for a queen room and the room was very outdated and dirty . There is no room service here and only one elevator was working . It is also very loud with people yelling and stomping during the night. The only thing that was good was the pool and hot tub . There was also no bathroom plug to take a bath . When I checked out no one asked how my stay was. Don’t stay here it’s gross
