Lanai at the Cove

What a fantastic place!!! We’ve spent the last four days thoroughly enjoying watching the waves and all the surfers, all from the comfort of our beautiful room. We are right on a big cove, just yards from the water at high tide. The room (#42), is perfect; clean, comfortable bed, couch, lazy boy chair and dining table. Kitchen has everything you need although there are so many good restaurants around we really didn’t cook. Small market and wonderful Mexican place only a mile or so up the road. Staff here very friendly and helpful. ||So yes, the walls are pretty thin and noise carriers, but we found that neighbors seemed to be very considerate in not talking loudly and keeping the tv low, and we did the same. Would definitely recommend staying on the top floor to avoid having people walkin

This cozy clean hotel was our holiday getaway for 6 nights. We enjoyed watching all the surfers and the oceanfront view from the second floor, and the tiny lit up holiday tree on the table was a nice touch. We cooked fresh seafood every day|and really decompressed from the busyness of life. Will definitely visit here again.

This is our favorite hotel on the coast. We try to come a couple of times a year. We enjoy just sitting in our room watching the surfers. Room 28 it great If you have dogs. We put our dog fence around the patio and there's a tiny bit of lawn around the corner. The price is right too.

We stayed in room 28 with our dogs. It was very clean and comfortable. The first floor is easy with dogs. You can watch the surfers from the room and the view of Seaside at night is wonderful. You view is a little obstructed because of the logs and patio in front. But it was perfect for us. The hotel is away from the town,but that is what we wanted. It was a wonderful stay

This place was the highlight of our trip. The vibes are immaculate. We loved our top-floor room with a view of the waves and a surprising amount of surfers. The rocky beach outside offered plenty of tide pools to explore. Our room was simultaneously spacious and cozy, and we made good use of the kitchenette (which had everything we could have possibly needed). The front desk staff were particularly friendly and easy to talk to. Even when our room wasn't quite ready at 4pm, they took good care of us. We heard the occasional laugh from our downstairs neighbors through the ventilation system, but the building is small enough that quiet hours are effectively maintained by the staff and guests. This is a MUCH better deal compared to the other nearby lodging.
