Seascape Inn

We were driving through and needed a room that accepted dogs. Arrived late but just called the number on the office door and someone came to get us settled. He was pleasant and we were set up in a room in a matter of 10-15 minutes. The room was simple but honestly had what we needed to get a good night's sleep and regroup for the rest of our trip. It was also in a great location- in North Hampton away from the main area that is very built up and not where we wanted to stay with our dog. There was a little park across the street and access to a small beach area as well. He also recommended a great breakfast spot that we went to before going out of town that was the best! (Hoatys)- We love supporting local run establishments and this is one.

I was mildly put off by the manager calling for payment in advance, and several reminders there are no refunds. When we arrived no staff was on site and the key was left in the open room. The room was minimalistic but cute and very clean, The first issue that we noticed was the room was wet and damp. It never dried out the whole 4 days we were there. Getting into the damp beds at night reminded me of camping in a wet sleeping bag. My bed had a broken box spring, so the mattress sagged in the middle giving the mattress a hammock effect. Sleeping in this bed made my body so sore I couldn’t wait to get back to my own bed at home. There are definitely not enough working electric plugs in the room which led to arguments of who was going to charge their phones, and I did see some sketchy electri

We paid online and they said that they would leave the keys in the room & the door unlocked for us. When we arrived and looked at the room we chose to go elsewhere. The place is outdated on the outside and no better on the inside. I would not recommend this place to anyone as there are much nicer places along the beach.

Best location to get away from the crowds and just walk across the street to the beach. No frills, but just enough, and a great price. Been coming back for the past three years.

We booked last minute and thought we’d give the motel a chance even after reading the horrible reviews. The room was super outdated, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The microwave was so bad, it was rusted inside and looked like mold buildup on the microwave plate so we didn’t use it for the obvious reasons. The shower was gross with mold. The floors had dips in them so all of us felt dizzy not realizing it’s because the floors weren’t leveled. The beds are so old and uncomfortable we all left with back pain, one of the beds was lopsided and the other sunk in the middle. If I could tell anyone before coming here please read the reviews and believe what you see. If you don’t mind things like comfort and cleanliness this is the place to go with the only perk of being right ne
