Seahorse Inn

I'm a NSB native that grew up living on the beach and later working as a lifeguard and passing the Seahorse everyday during work. My family has been in the area for several generations. I now live on the other side of the state and recently stayed at the Seahorse with my own wife and (teenage) children while visiting family for the holidays. We weren't disappointed one bit. The Seahorse is the idyllic old Florida motor lodge. The new owners (since 2021) have done an excellent job cleaning and rejuvinating the hotel. The entire place, inside and out is CLEAN and in wonderful shape. My family loved the old Florida vibe from the original terrazo floors, to the knotty pine walls, and the pink tile in the bathroom. Our reservation got messed up for New Year’s Eve but Virginia and her staff were amazing we did have to stay a different night but she treated us really good the place is so cute and right by beach and Flagler I don’t drink but they have rum punch too amazing little find close to home.

Positive: Location Negative: AC units are old and loud

We’ve stayed in several very nice, quaint, older motels, but the Seahorse Inn is definitely not one of them. They do have a great location and the front desk was friendly & helpful. Other than that, they are two star motel. The air conditioner was extremely loud. The towels, sheets and bedspread could certainly use an update. and they are definitely overpriced for what you’re getting

Have had at least 10 Stays here. It is such a wonderful spot with such wonderful staff alway clean and so accommodating. The rum punch is to die for when checking in. And Sammy the dog is alway a joy to see wandering around the premises. Will be returning so many times. Thank you Ginny you are the awesomest 🥰❤️
