Love the location and the facility is clean and easily walkable. Dinner was delicious and breakfast were clean and good for my wife's diet restrictions. Pool was well heated and the workout center had a wide variety of tools

We rented six Sea Crest condos in Building 3, all oceanfront. Four were through Beach Properties, one through VRBO and one through The Vacation Company. The most beautiful was 3501, on the corner over the beach and pool. The most disappointing was 3105--first floor, great location, but we had to call to have a porch door handle repaired (it was falling off) and a transition floorboard repaired (this caused a bad first impression that never improved). The condo also needed touch-up paint and just some all-around TLC. Beach Properties stated that this is the most popular rental condo and it's difficult to keep it in repair during high season. Others we rented were: 3504 (an updated 2/2 with a view), 3403 (a 3/2, also nice), 3302 (a 2/2 that was beautiful and updated) and 3302 (a 3/3 that was

Great villas in the heart of the Coligny on Hilton Head. 2 pools, Pool Bar Jim’s restaurant is great. The beach access is easy and you can park underneath out of the weather.

My recent trip to the hotel provided a mix of enjoyable moments and some challenges, prompting me to share my experience with the hope of inspiring positive changes for future guests. What I envisioned as a serene escape for my husband, daughter, and me turned into a series of unexpected situations. To begin with, the room where we stayed could greatly benefit from updates. For instance, during one of my showers, the bathroom faucet knob unexpectedly came off, highlighting a need for improved maintenance. Given the overall condition of the hotel, I believe the pricing could be more aligned with the available amenities. I was honestly relieved that I chose not to upgrade to the suite priced at $794 per night, as I suspect I would have found the lack of sound insulation disappointing. The

We've been staying here in the off-season months for over a decade. The villas are very well organized, spacious and have oceanfront views. Pool Bar Jim's is on location and its quiet. The grounds could use some more upgrading but we adore this place.
