Sea-Vu South Campground

We purchased a park model in the park in 2023. The experience with the staff has been less than great. Being that an RV park is hospitality driven, they fall short of 1 star in that category. I'll give you an example, the park is mostly weekend folks coming from Mass and surrounding states to relax on the weekend. The park management has on more than one occasion had sub contractors at the park making noise that is extremely disruptive. The attitude of the management is to bad. There's many more stories to go with this one. The park also charges a $3000.00 Admin fee if you sell your park model. I've bought in several other parks and this fee has never been charged at other parks. The town of Wells also taxes everything on the lot. So there's that added expense that you will want to

The campground is nice and well-maintained and Megan does a great job, but since Dave & Molly the original, local owners sold it to a nation wide corporation just a few years ago the park fee has almost doubled to $8,300. It’s so sad how corporate greed has adversely affected retirees trying to enjoy their golden years. It’s shameful.

We love Sea Vu South. Megan is a hard working manager who makes everyone feel welcomed and cared for. They have so many varied activities from huge bounce houses to live music by the pool. Great crew there..Still the same great crew in 22.

Location is the main reason we chose to live here in the Summer. Easy access off the Highway. Quiet family camping. Activities for young and old. Retired or otherwise bring your dog and enjoy Lighthouse adventures, Outlet shopping, Seafood, and multiple activities. Beach is nearby!
