Sea Ranch Motel

For the past two years we would come to this motel with my in law’s and these last two times we went (last year) we all would come back with bed bug bites. The first time we didn’t really know what it was but the second time we booked and stayed two nights there it was confirmed. The rooms are a little out of date but the pool and jacuzzi are really nice. Staff are nice. Amazing location to be honest with you. It’s near mcdonald’s, a gas station, the drive to Fort Fisher is a decent distance but we sadly won’t be booking with them again after the bed bug bites we all came back with that last time.

Absolutely amazing location right on the beach. The pools and jacuzzi were nice and they did provide a keurig with kcups. The staff was great, BUT it was DISGUSTING. The towels were just gross. One towel had a permanent black stain and the other had a giant clump of hair folded into it. Unfortunately, we didn't bring enough of our own, so we mostly air-dried. Our feet were blackened from the carpet, so we always had to wear sandals or shoes. The sliding door to the balcony was basically broken and wouldn't stay on track, so my boyfriend had to constantly fix it which isn't exactly relaxing. The bathroom and shower barely fit one. I'm so glad we brought our own blankets and pillows because the ones they provided didn't seem very clean. We drove twenty hours round trip from Cleveland, so we

This little beachfront motel is super charming. It’s conveniently located in relation to the beach and a nice walk to the boardwalk. They allowed us to change rooms at the last minute so we could bring our dog which was super great, he really enjoyed coming. They were also happy to supply as many towels and such as we needed. The service was great and everyone was super personable. Super family friendly and the pools were great (one even goes 9 feet deep). They also did have an ice machine which was great for our coolers.

Fantastic staple of a place to stay if you are coming for a night or a week with just your loved one or family, they have rooms for all! Absolutely fantastic heated pool and jacuzzi setup, massive pool and also an ocean view pool as well! Rooms are always clean and well kept! Perfect location to go to Kure beach or Carolina beach to explore, fantastic pricing for overnight stays and literally beach front, I’ve been coming here since I was a kid with my family and I will continue this tradition here at sea ranch! Staff is very nice and accommodating, certain rooms are set up for pet stay as well, we brought out little pup and he an absolute blast!

I’ve been staying here for years. The rooms are large and clean. Friendly staff, some of whom have been here a long time and it’s nice to have familiar faces you recognize and talk to over the years. I recommend this spot to people all the time. I’ve always had very pleasant experiences here
