Sea Air Inn & Suites - Downtown/Restaurant Row

We had a wonderful stay and couldn't be happier with our experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to relax right away. The location was perfect-quiet, yet close to everything we needed. The staff was friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming, which always makes a big difference. From check-in to check-out, everything felt smooth and well taken care of. Overall, it was a peaceful, enjoyable stay and we would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We'd happily stay here again!

My husband and I had a great experience at this property! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and things to do nearby. The hotel is so well located, just a short walk down to Embarcadero and all of the shops and restaurants are right there! Super convenient! The rooms look like new and were super clean. The cleaning staff were also kind enough to provide service in between our stay and left our room spotless! Will definitely be staying here again!!

Great service! Met with staff that offered helpful info around the the town. The bay window in the room was a great place to enjoy breakfast and the view of the sea. The room was spacious and clean. The only complaints were the bathroom window that was next to the stairway didn't have curtains, and the bathroom didn't have a vent.

Fine hotel with decent prices in off-season. We knew what we were getting so am basing the 5 stars on that and not indicating a "5 star" hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Appliances and fixtures worked. Not everything was the most up-to-date, but that was fine with us. We did not experience any surprises on what we were paying for.

PROS: Check in process was great, and I was very pleased with the room I was given. The window did not overlook the parking lot which was much appreciated. The remodeling upgrades were very well done, and i had everything I needed. Very good value for the price. CONS: sound proofing is not good. I could hear conversations and snoring all 3 nights I stayed. The provided toiletries are very low quality, I wish I had brought my own. Mattress was very soft, so I did have some back pain.
