My husband, daughter and her friend stayed here after a trip down highway 1. I am so glad we chose this place. It was perfect for the 4 of us. Spectacular views, clean and comfortable home and the perfect location in this charming sea village. Home has all you need. Most every thing you want to see, you can walk to. Really enjoyed watching the otters frolic off our deck. Perfect sunset viewing spot. Our host, Todd was amazing. Gave us great dining suggestions and was very welcoming. You can tell he loves his job. This is THE very best place to stay, both for the hospitality and location/views. Grays Inn and Gallery and Morro Bay-2 best kept secrets on Central California Coast.

We spent nine days in Unit A and didn't want to leave. I cannot remember when we've enjoyed a trip to Morro Bay more and Gray's Inn was one of the main reasons. The huge deck overlooking the bay is simply wonderful. We often saw a mother otter and her baby, and a Great Blue Heron visited twice. Pros: the spectacular view, the sunsets, the comfortable sofa and chair and bed, the plethora of linens and pillows, the fully stocked kitchen, the good parking, Todd (who could easily give lessons in how to be a great host), the location (on the Embarcadero), the price (you get a lot for your money), the cleanliness, and the big, beautiful deck with a table and chairs and two loungers. Cons: No cons at all!

This is a lovely place with owners who take enormous pride in their business. It’s very clean and the kitchen is properly stalked. The balcony is absolutely amazing. Nice size with a table/ chairs and padded lounge chairs. We ate almost every meal out there to watch the boats, sea otters and sea lions pass by. Extremely nice.

This was our first time staying at Gray's Inn, but I sure hope it won't be the last. The owner, Todd, could not be nicer or easier to work with. It was easy to make reservations, and when we arrived, he was waiting to show us our room. We stayed in Room "C," the only unit on the second floor. It is perfect for two people: very roomy studio apartment with a king bed, two reclining chairs, FREE Wi-Fi, full bath and full kitchen (the kitchen is stocked with everything you can imagine in terms of cooking supplies, dishes, and glassware). There are also extra towels, pillows, blankets, etc. as well as cushions for the two lounge chairs outside on the private deck.||||The room was immaculate, as was the outside area. Although there were two other parties in the downstairs rooms, we didn't hear a
