Scottish Inns & Suites West Sam Pkwy S Houston, TX

I love this motel when I come from Galveston and have to stay here in Houston. Nice staff and owners. Clean and quiet.

This room was very nice for the price...I mean state of the art rooms for the low. I loved the staff services and the kind frint desk clerk.

The place is ok been going there for years now the price is too high for the hotel the office ppl seems not to care about the problems u have there with stuff not working they are very rude had no hot water the whole day and all they said was to keep running it until it gets hot water never got hot it's the next morning paid $80 and couldnt take a shower and nobody seems to care I was the only guest there so they knew about the hot water but didn't tell me I guess just to make the money might be my last time staying there.

I had an unexpected very late night, flight cancellation and all hotels in the area were booked. This was the only room I could find, and the staff were very friendly on the phone. When I arrived and went into my room the strong stench of cigarettes immediately hit me. There was unknown brown splatter on the walls in lots of random places and the carpet was stained . All I needed was a clean bed so I pulled down the sheets and roaches ran across the bed and under the mattress . When I moved the mattress, there was a lot trash under the frame and more roaches came running out . The same thing happened with the second bed. I am not a bug expert but I think they were roaches. There were also no bed bug covers on the mattress's. By this time, it was so late that all I could do was sit in th

Had a room reserved with Jennifer and there was no reservation when I called back a few hours later , don’t ever go to this place.
