Scottish Inns & Suites East Tidwell, Houston, TX

Tbh this rooms shouldn't be worth more than 65 $ dollars a night, alot of things were bad like the bed bugs , roaches, & bathrooms not cleaned microwaves don't work , and wifi keeps going off every hour. We payed 105 for a regular one bed no smoking , and 115 for a queen in a smoking room wich was nasty . Ifeel they took advantage of the price because of the power outage in the city.

I wasn't even here for 30 minutes and had to kill two roaches. When I went to complain to the person manning the office, he was very rude and denied there being any roaches. He raised his voice. He then did not want to give us a refund. When I called corporate, he then tried to only give a $30 out of $75 refund. When we asked for a manager, he tried calling his friends to see what he should do, instead of management. He also said that he didn't have a manager. In short, this place has very nasty rooms and very poor customer service.

OK these guys just lost a good paying customer.. My last 3 visit were bad. I don't think these ppl clean the rooms like they are supposed to do.. My last visit, I walked in the room and fresh cum stain on blanket. Then the guy gives my attitude when I asked for another room.. I get to the second room and of course I checked the bed out and again dirty blankets., pillows, sheets. I took pics this time so I'll post them as well. Don't waste your money.. The overnight guy needs help with his customer service skills..

Room was ok it is clean but I DONT DO BUGS AT ALL !!!! they do have roaches I feel it’s not worth it for $75 posted the sofa because it’s full of stains and is very nasty looking overall I hate the room because of the roaches which is my ONLY problem and the shower floor could have been cleaned better it’s just soap scum everywhere I took plenty pics and it won’t let me post them but BEWARE OF BUGS !!!!

Love this place!! Always clean rooms and the employees are top notch! The night shift employee always remembers me and makes sure that i am taken care of even if it means going out of his way to do so. Highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a clean and quiet environment with quality employees that seem to really care. I will continue staying here.
