If I could leave 0 stars I would. We arrived at the hotel and they only had smoking rooms. We went in the room and as soon as we stepped a foot inside a roach came from the dresser. We put our bags down and just started to feel weird about the room. We looked up and saw 2 more roaches on the ceiling. I called the front desk and told him about the issue he yelled and blamed it on the smoking rooms like if it should make a difference. He yelled and said they don’t do no refunds. I refuse to stay in a room infested in roaches!! We seen a total of 7 roaches in the span of 10 min that we were in that room. It was just disgusting.

Do not stay at this place. Very bad customer service. The room I stayed in was filthy. I went down to ask for a new room and ring the bell and guess what? No one showed up. Upon checking into my room I noticed a foul smell. I was trying to find where it was coming from and boom. There was left over old food still in the microwave. Which tell me that house keeping wasn’t doing their job. That made me immediately check the bed. As you can see in the photos the bed wasn’t that clean. Stains on pillow and sheets. Also a small bug was in the sheets. I tried to get a picture but it fly away. I tried to get my|Money back. I stayed in room 207 don’t stay there please. Since management doesn’t answer phone and no one showed up I resort here to let it go. Hopefully someone email contact me. The wall

While staying here, the management was very respectful and courteous. The prices were reasonable and fair, and I was greeted right away when I walked in. My room was clean with fresh towels, and overall it was a comfortable stay. For a 2-star hotel, I’d definitely recommend this place!

The owners are normal for their demographics. The rooms aren’t clean. If you stay downstairs, be prepared to be up all night due to noise from upstairs. No fresh towels or washcloths daily. We stayed for a death in the family, we live here. We have a home, but didn’t want to change the dynamic because we’ve been gone so long. Super disappointed in the entire experience. Won’t do this again!

Bugs!!! Beware!!! The first room they gave us had the shower head hanging down with no place to hang it. The clerk indicated that we could just hold it over our heads. I told him that wasn’t going to work and we would like a different room. He begrudgingly agreed after insisting on coming in to see for himself. Uncomfortable.
