Savannah Inn and Suites Extended Stay

If I would have booked a Motel 8 that would be luxury compared to this place. Unfortunately this experienced has been below standards. From lack of customer service, pour operations, attitude is thick. Room wasn’t ready at check in After asking multiple times for early check in due to a very under the weather guest. Didn’t answer front desk call for over 1.5hr Sat in lobby for room to be ready from 2-4 and then told our suit takes longer past 4pm check in Switched to a different room since my friend needed rest due to being sick They put us by elevator ( noisy) Only 1 elevator worked long long lines Front entry under construction No AC in room for first hour they finally fixed it No water as outlined their would be water in room Got into room in evening TV broken Next morning NO coffee Key

Don't waste your time or money on this dive. The only positive thing I can say is it's conveniently located close to downtown. The room we were given reeked of stale cigarettes. We tried to ask for a new room but there was no one in the office. The water pressure in the shower was barely a trickle. The laundry room had no lighting. Quite a few of the other guests smoked weed. Not a good place at all.

The only thing I can say is two things lol. Room service once a week. And for an extended stay they only let you rent one week at a time. They should allow you to rent a month to save a few hundred if it’s an extended stay, considering house keeping service isn’t the best. Otherwise, it was a very peaceful location, and great location very protected by many police.

I wish I could give this nasty place ZERO stars! This hotel is nasty. Rooms are small and smell of cigarettes. There were dead bugs along the window sill. MOLD in the bathroom and the shower curtain was covered in a yellow mildew film! The bed had hair and debris on the sheets. Staff members were rude and totally checked out. WORST hotel ever! I will never come here again. There are plenty of other hotels in this area to choose from. Save yourself the hassle. Book elsewhere

We got stuck in Savannah GA due to a malfunction on our semi. The mechanic gave us a rough eta of 20 hours. This was at roughly 0800. We called this place up and the general manager answers. She was super kind and understanding of our situation and was able to cut us a small deal on our overnight stay. It’s not in an ideal spot if you’re there to sight see but if your visiting family or have a breakdown and need somewhere clean and modest this is it. The hallways and elevator had a smell to them but it didn’t get in the room and the bathroom was spotless, the linens smelled great as overall it was a nice place to rest.
