Savannah Garden Inn

The room was nicely prepared. The receptionist was very helpful; during my stay. There is a workout room available. all in all my time there was very pleasant.

After lying in bed for a while, my legs started to itch, so I lifted the mattress and found bed bugs. I immediately packed my bags and politely asked the counter for a refund, but they talked to me as if I was lying. I don't want to stay in a place like this for even a minute, so I had to find another hotel without getting a refund. Their rudeness and dirty and smelly hygiene!! Never go there.

I have stayed here for the last 4 years I have come for St.Patty day, and I must say I am highly disappointed and disgusted. The room was so disgusting I can't even put into words. Hair in sink, floor not even swept, nephew room no cover, someone hat still in bed. No tissue, no towels, toilet nasty. Never again will I stay here. I wish I took pictures but I was to overwhelmed n disgusted. I feel I need a refund.

Dirty towels, sheets and pillow cases smelled like they had not been washed or changed. Tub was dirty. Cigarette burns in curtains and on bath tub. Ashes sitting on top of the headboard and on the nightstand. Definitely not worth what they are charging. Didn't see any roaches though.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. I paid for a room on March 5th for one night and when I arrived at the hotel with my semi truck there was no space for the truck although I asked if they had space for the truck. I told the guy to give me the keys I was going to park the truck at another location and return with an uber he refused and told me he was going to cancel the booking. I asked him the reason for canceling the booking and he told me the area has thieves that will break into truck and he will not be responsible. I told him I am not parking the truck in the area he still canceled the booking. It was almost 9pm and the hotels in the area reservation desk closes at 9pm which left me stranded. The Indian man at the front desk I rude and disrespectful.
