Santa Monica Hotel

Service is great Rooms are decent Main reason for the low stars is due to the location and security Homeless person came in, guess they got past the receptionist, and got far enough to just start attempting to open up room doors. I can only imagine what would happen if someone or staff forgot to lock their doors. Homeless person was doing what they need to do but this hotel needs to do what they need to do to keep a clean and safe environment

Fantastic! This hotel is so cute and so clean! The staff is phenomenal! I had interactions with three different staff members, and they were all incredibly helpful, friendly, available, and genuinely take pride in their job. The location is perfect and the hotel is quiet and feels very safe. We are excited to go back!

Stayed here for work for about a month on and off. Rooms were consistent, with clean towels & sheets, and spacious. The staff is friendly and customer oriented, they lookout for vagrants and can call offsite security as needed. Its a very good deal for the location if you need to stay in Santa Monica. Parking is free too, never had an issue with spots.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Santa Monica Hotel. It’s a very affordable hotel, very clean, friendly and efficient staff. Laura at the reception made sure every single day we were having a good time and if we need any help. She was exceptional with us. They offer in the morning fresh fruits, granola bars and packet muffins that was a nice touch for us to grab a few things and go to our adventures. We found the location great as we could walk in 20 min to the Pier, along the way restaurants as well. We loved the Pollo Loco ( Mexican restaurant) just a block from the hotel. We also visited other places using the metro/bus and we founded all places quite easily to get there with the transit system. We will definitely stay at Santa Monica Hotel again.
