Sands Village at Forest Beach

Great condos to rent. Clean, little dated but in a awesome area and very very quiet at night. 2 blocks from beach access and right by lots of good food. Grocery across street is also convenient. Don't expect 5 star accommodations when paying under 200 a night. Worth every penny.

We were most impressed by how clean and comfortable everything was and how convenient everything was made to be thru very clear directions, particularly in the kitchen. It was an older property so a few things reflected this, but the very reasonable prices made up for that. Very timely communication from the owners leading up to and throughout our stay.

Great place Condo very clean Was missing beach chairs. Iron n hair dryer mainly because people coming from out of state flying in dont carry those things. Great pool also very well kept. Enjoyed seeing the gator

We stayed on a unit in bldg A on the 3rd floor. Unit: Clean enough. No smart TV so had to settle for commercial TV. Could not set up HDMI or Chromecast on the TV in the LV. The ports just would not work. But the cable box worked. Go figure. The light above the stove and cooktop didn't work so cooked in semi darkness at night. Bathtub bath plug didn't work so young children had to take a shower. Only one bedroom lamp worked, the other one flickered on and off and finally quit. Giant clock on wall didn't work. Guess it was a decoration. There were 2 Beach chairs available on the balcony. Adequate storage. 3rd story walkup, no elevator. Facility: No bike racks. Strange being such a beach bike place. Adequate parking. No sign of maintenance. There was trash and litter that never got pick

We just bought and remodeled a villa here. We love Sands Village due to it's proximity to the beach. A TRUE 5 minute walk. Across the street from Coligny Plaza. Nestled in the quiet neighborhood of North Forest Beach. It's a small quiet complex. Well taken care of. Each unit is individually owned. Some updated, some not..... like any other complex. We think it's a hidden gem.
