Sands Motel & Apartments

Nice quiet room that was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Really enjoyed the stay.

The man at the front desk was friendly and greeted us with a bottled water. After that it went downhill. The walls were chipped, the shower had paint coming off and it was so worn it was dirty. There was no blanket for the bed, and not sure the sheets were clean as they were extremely wrinkled. The air conditioner had not been cleaned out so it was putting off dust and pollen. The train went by 3 times and blew its whistle in the middle of the night. I hope management will take a little time to improve the rooms as I did ask if there was another room available and was told they are all like this.

We had a wonderful experience, the inn keepers were terrific folks! We are seniors we travel with a well behaved service animal They were accomodating. The motel was an older however the rooms were very clean well equipped updated and comfy and the cost all at an affordable price. Personally We had no complaints will recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank You To the Management and housekeepers! Have a wonderful blessed holiday!

wonderful place , we came there after being treated badly at the Anchor motel . This motel has the greatest beds , linens and pillows. Like sleeping on a cloud .The a/c took along time to cool down the room but cooled down greatly after dark . . Great manager as the owners were out of town . Pet friendly with dog treats in the office . Lots of wind chimes outside to lull you to sleep .

Had just driven 14 hours from AZ and got in late, around 8 o'clock. Really just needed some where to sleep. They had a room available and they allowed our dog even on such late notice!!❤️❤️ I can't even explain what a lifesaver they were. The manager was the sweetest woman! Thank you guys again!
