Best Western Rambler

This is a mixed review! There is a lot about this place to like, but also some things we didn't appreciate. The man at checkin was very friendly and welcoming. We requested an interior room, not one of the motel-style rooms. Our room was huge! Plenty of space for our group of four. The pool is warm. The hot tub is also just warm, not hot. The bubbles did not work. The pool area is also very dark. The coffee that is available 24 hours wasn't hot when I got some in the evening. The breakfast area is very small, but did not get too crowded during our visit. They have a menu and a staff member making fresh items like breakfast burritos, which were very good! I felt like the hotel was overpriced for a Best Western.

Hotel was nice and clean! The breakfast cooks were so sweet and really enjoyed guests. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The front desk staff were very kind during our stay easy check in, check out. Wanted to say thank you to Heather for making things right. Customer service goes a long way, so again thank for your compassion and for being understanding.

I recently had an opportunity to spend two nights with Best Western Rambler in Walsenburg, CO. The staff was attentive and so eager to make my experience the best possible. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome and well taken care of. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment throughout my stay. Their hot breakfast went far beyond the normal, offering custom made meals that truly hit the spot. It was a pleasant surprise and made mornings enjoyable. I will definitely stay with them again.

We are very happy with our one night stay for several reasons. The room was very clean and just what we needed. Very quiet. Was very surprised and happy to find that breakfast offered a lady making food to order. The day we were there she was making omelettes and they were great. The location was perfect, so close to I25. Love seeing the Mountain views from our room.
