Dakota Campground and Mobile Home Park

It's an amazing rv park. I love being here so far.

Needed this overnight on our way from Texas to Wyoming. We called months in advance. The nice gentleman said there would be plenty of spots..just call the day we are driving in. Called the morning we were headed there. He said, no problem, just pick a spot when you arrive, and then pay at the office. When we arrived, we discovered that most slots are long-term resident (LOVED how many of them have made creative "container" vegetable gardens and green houses!) Only a 2-3 open slots in the early evening. We went back to the office to make sure where we picked was okay. The gentleman was very helpful in getting us into our slot. But the other remaining "open" slots were taken soon after. So if you are driving thru and need a spot...I hope one is open for you. This really is a "trail

We broke down 10 miles away and on labor day weekend! They took us in and had room for us to be towed in. This campground has an amazing staff with a huge playground for the kids. The dogs were welcomed and the view off this campground is breath taking. While we waited for my truck to get fixed I was able to fully rest and not be stressed out .

Good place to get your propane refills.

The guys at the shop are so good. Fixed our toilet and faucet after a hard freeze. Excellent service and friendly. Full service campground.
